Try to leave the mixture for an hour so that it could soften the buildup in your drains and sinks. After this, run warm water down the drain to remove the mixture together with the buildup. As for the sinks and drains of your double bathroom cabinet vanities, what you can do is to apply some baking soda followed by white vinegar in these components at least once a month.
For other top finishes like glass or tiles, a multipurpose cleaner can already suffice to their cleaning needs, or for a more practical and eco-friendly solution, you could try using a combination of 1 part vinegar and 3 parts water to clean these kinds of finishes. Don't forget to attend to the cleaning needs of the tops of your vanity cabinet. If your tops are made from wood, simply clean them with the use of oil soap.
